How I turned into a Habit and

Health Strategist & Coach 

 

 

I lost 8Kg in 3 months without having to cope with major cravings.

Pretty amazing, right? How I did that?

Very easy to pull through I found, and very effective: I simply eliminated nearly all processed food from our pantry and fridge, as well from my eating-out menus.

 

Did I go crazy on exercise and sign up for a gym, or invest in fitness equipment (usually soon after rusting and dusting)? Ahem… I am still as lazy as I have been for the last 3 years (something I am in the progress of changing now).

 

What pushed me, and how did I manage to find this food plan, obviously so suitable for me?

Option 1: Private sessions

During the 6 months ONE-ON-ONE program we meet every 2 weeks for about 50 minutes, discuss your progress and celebrate your latest accomplishments,  we will implement new GOOD HABITS, you will then practice and test until the next meeting.

One-on-One Coaching Outline & Benefits:

I will concentrate fully on you and your individual and sole needs.

I will encourage and guide you to learn to become creative by taking initiatives and try new ideas YOU think may work for you. 

As you are unique, there is no "copy/paste" solution, no shortcuts we can take from "great" experiences by others, or hearsay from friend's or family member's "great" outcomes, simply because what works for one, may be toxic for another. There is no "one-fits-all/many" option!

We will make SMALL changes, changes in your routine, in various facets, those changes you will practice and they will then become your new GOOD HABITS. Habits are things you do effortless, they seem just natural and "normal", they become kind of "automatic", and without having realised throughout the 6 months we will work together, you will have made a paradigm shift into a new lifestyle, the one YOU want, the one YOU chose.

The fundamental outcome of these 6 months together is that you will have learned to really listen to your body, which will enable you to take responsibility and full control over your daily overall wellbeing.

It is an amazing journey, and I will walk besides you and guide you to progressively take the lead, it will be mind-blowing!

I will encourage and guide you to learn to become creative by taking initiatives and try new ideas YOU think may work for you, individually as well as-as a couple.

I will encourage and guide you to learn to become creative by taking initiatives and try new ideas YOU think may work for you/your family as one. 

Going through this experience together as a family is often an advantage as every member joins in and united you may achieve more results, and maybe even faster than as an individual, also because you have the moral support and empathy of your participating family members.

As each one of you is unique, there is no "copy/paste" solution, no shortcuts we can take from "great" experiences by others, or hearsay from friend's or family member's "great" outcomes, simply because what works for one, may be toxic for another. There is no "one-fits-all/many" option!

This GROUP program is a great option for those who enjoy and prefer progressing within a group, to share and celebrate their progress and achievements with other fellow members.

A minimum of 10 participants is required, not exceeding a maximum of 16 per group.

It is obvious though that this course will limit the privacy and individual attention compared to any client will profit from in a One-to-One Coaching program.

It is compulsory for every Group Coaching Program participant though to commit to an oath to not communicate any detail discussed within any of the sessions.
