During the 6 months program we meet every 2 weeks for about 50 minutes, discuss your progress and celebrate your latest accomplishments, we will implement new GOOD HABITS, you will then practice and test until the next meeting. One-on-One Coaching & Group Coaching Outline & Benefits: I will encourage and guide you to learn to become creative by taking initiatives and try new ideas YOU think may work for you. As you are unique, there is no "copy/paste" solution, no shortcuts we can take from "great" experiences by others, or hearsay from friend's or family member's "great" outcomes, simply because what works for one, may be toxic for another. There is no "one-fits-all/many" option! We will make SMALL changes, changes in your routine, in various facets, those changes you will practice and they will then become your new GOOD HABITS. Habits are things you do effortless, they seem just natural and "normal", they become kind of "automatic", and without having realised throughout the 6 months we will work together, you will have made a paradigm shift into a new lifestyle, the one YOU want, the one YOU chose. The fundamental outcome of these 6 months together is that you will have learned to really listen to your body, which will enable you to take responsibility and full control over your daily overall wellbeing. It is an amazing journey, and I will walk besides you and guide you to progressively take the lead, it will be mind-blowing!
