WORKSHOP STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS (RESERVATION & CANCELLATION)

 

LIMITED SLOTS AVAILABLE

The maximum attendance capacity for the Workshops, in order to assure it to be the privileged 2 days it should be, is limited to 20 attendees, based on first come/first serve principle.

 

WORKSHOP FEES (STANDARD)

The cost for this course is RM1,680.00 net per person for the 2-Days Workshop (unless the attendee is the holder of a valid voucher, or has been given a special rate)

 

Special incentives

1) Existing clients (of any of the programs/services) will have the privilege of enjoying a 10% incentive that will be lessened from the standard cost.

 

2) Early Bird bookers will also benefit from that 10 % as stated above, provided they reserve their slot through payment by, latest, Friday the 14th of September 2018, latest by 11.59 PM of that day. (Amount payable: RM1,080.00 ONLY)

 

3) i-inspire members with an RM50.00 voucher may also redeem their voucher for this course (limited to ONLY 1 -one- voucher per person for this Workshop)

 

4) Bring along your partner, or friend, maybe a buddy who shares the same interest, and you will enjoy 20% release on the original participation fee for (each of) the person(s) you bring along. 

It may also help, in particular for the 30 days post-Workshop practice, if you had a buddy along, you feel comfortable with.

 

5) Other exceptions such as AISM parents or other groups/members may be given a special discount, but must meet the criteria which are defined by Paloma ONLY.

PROOF OF PAYMENT

Please send a photo of proof of payment, visibly indicating amount, date and time of payment, either by WhatsApp to +6012 311 6944, further providing your (or the attendee’s you may pay fon behalf), FULL name and IC/Passport number. You may also send the same via email to angela@paloma.my

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

We kindly ask for your cooperation and take note that your booked slot will only be considered a confirmed booking once FULL payment has been submitted and proof of payment sent as advised above, you will then receive a written confirmation by email from our side.

Kindly note that “pre-bookings” without full payment will not be considered.

 

CANCELLATION

Every event has its' particular arrangements, which will be stated by email, and these overwrite any statement given below!

Usual Terms (but not confirmed applicable to the event YOU attend, please refer to the email you have or will receive on your particular Workshop/Event):

Should you need to cancel, please take note of the following applicable General Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

  • Less than 10 (full or partially) days prior to the event: No refund possible

  • Between 11 and 20 days (full or partially) prior to the event: 25% refund of the full amount paid

  • Between 21 and 30 days (full or partially) prior to the event: 50% refund of the full amount paid

  • More than 31 days (full or partially) prior to the event: 100% refund of the full amount paid

 

FEE COVERAGE

  • Rental of workshop venue (room) and all necessary equipment (chairs, tables, pillows, projection material, etc.)

  • All materials distributed (i.e. personalised folder, photocopies, etc.,)

  • Simple beverages (plain water, water with a zest of lemon, water with a touch of cucumber)

  • 2 Tea breaks (coffee, tea, cookies (& fresh fruits)

  • Trainers & assistant fees

  • Lunch: Depending on the final choice of the location (depending on the number of attendees) there may not be any close-by lunch opportunities, in which case the organisers would offer you the option to purchase a healthy, freshly prepared and delivered lunch, which the attendee would need to pre-order, should he/she accept the offer). Further details will be provided once the venue has been confirmed, which should be about 10 days prior to the 1st day of the workshop. 

       It may also be that the organiser includes the fee for lunch into the overall fees payable.

       All will be stated in your personalised email including the Terms and Conditions of the particular event you are attending
