What clients say ABOUT ME

Health & Habit Coaching

Edward Hyde:

I reached out to Angela at a time when I was paralysed by acute anxiety due to financial, business and relationship issues.

I had become dysfunctional.

Angela helped me to identify the key issues and priorities over a period of three months and coached me to become fully functional again with a program of physical exercise in the natural environment, a simple meditation practice and a structured approach to my day and my week, which I still follow today.

In short, whilst the issues that triggered my anxiety have not been fully resolved, I am now able to cope and interact with people on a daily basis and to enjoy life and tackle my challenges with a positive attitude thanks to Angela’s coaching.

I Loved every bit of teaching on nutrition imparted by Angela...She is full of knowledge on Health & Nutrition needs one has. The way she would let you have your own space and learn step by step is commendable...the nutritional facts...the label reading...what's important and required to have a healthy lifestyle...She knows it all...Thanks Angela...

School Food Project

Kim Bradley, PDHPE & CCA Coordinator & Parent @ AISM:

Angela has been instrumental in implementing positive changes into our school community. She initiated a 'Food Circle' for parents, that enabled them to provide feedback on the food served at our school canteen. This 'Food Circle' has also been a great opportunity to support and educate parents about the importance of fresh and nutritious foods.

Mrs. Mac, Head of Health Services @ AISM:

Angela has initiated the Food Circle at our school and has made a significant difference to our canteen. Since, we have seen a vast improvement in the food that is served at the canteen. Food Circle is engaging the school community to think about what they eat and put into their bodies. We are truly making progress in the food we eat at the canteen. It's the Circle that brings us together to make a difference.

Mr. Tim Waley, Principal @ AISM (2018 & 2019):
